RESEARCH AREAS

연구내용

NMR spectroscopy is an exciting field of research. Continuous technical breakthroughs in NMR help push the boundary of its applications. Well-ordered as well as disordered proteins can be investigated in detail by NMR. Furthermore, solution NMR provides an opportunity to monitor protein conformation and dynamics in live cells. Our research group focuses on the conformation, interaction, and aggregation of intrinsically disordered proteins (IDPs) and their implication in disease. We aim at enhancing the accuracy and sensitivity of NMR analysis by designing new pulse sequences and instruments.
