-Abstract-
Multiple examples in recombinant protein and antibody engineering will be presented. These examples demonstrate how to devise strategies and perform custom experiments to solve problems facing molecules in various developmental stages. The problems include aggregation, heterogeneity issues, low solubility, low stability, troubled secretion, mis-folding and compromised function. The target molecules are antibodies, antibody fragments, soluble receptors, ligands, and fusion proteins.
