OLED Analytical Specialist
[JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:]
ㅇ Provide technical expertise for : Analytical technology and process chemistry
ㅇ Evaluate validity of data, apply statistics, interpret results and take appropriate action in close cooperation with other team.
ㅇ Communicate with other team in OLED
ㅇ Train and coach others on analytical systems and technology
ㅇ Facilitate standardization of analytical systems and Operating Discipline / Quality Systems.
ㅇ Root cause or failure analysis
[SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:]
ㅇ Masters or higher degree in chemistry or related area is required.
ㅇ Candidates for this position should have 5~10years of analysis or quality related experience
ㅇ Experience working in electronic materials industry is preferred.
ㅇ Need English skill of Appropriate level as engineer
ㅇ Commitment to safety and teamwork in the workplace is required.
ㅇ Basic knowledge of standard information technologies in a research environment
(Basic computer literacy, software, databases, lab systems etc.) is required.
ㅇ Demonstration of strong personal leadership, initiative and accountability
to deliver against project goals is essential for success.

OLED Synthesis Engineer
[JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:]
ㅇ Supervise EMS synthesis process and communicate with other team for OLED synthesis
ㅇ Lead scale up process for synthesis part including process safety and quality
ㅇ Perform tasks assigned to operations as per a standard task list including field checks, equipment preparation, samples, etc.
ㅇ Initiate and perform process troubleshooting, improvements and preventive action to prevent of process failure
[SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:]
ㅇ Bachelor’s degree with 5years working experience in the chemical part
ㅇ Must be proficient in Microsoft applications, such as Words and Excel.
ㅇ Be able to travel easy to manage of EMS plant as required
ㅇ Need English skill of Appropriate level as engineer
ㅇ Must be able to work overtime and weekends as required.
ㅇ Be able to wear all required personal protective equipment.
ㅇ Understands and applies skills and knowledge in Statistical Process Control (SPC)
technology, to maximize plant asset utilization and produce low cost, quality products.
