Let me welcome you to the upcoming “Season-2” of our “Masterclass in Organic Synthesis” lecture series at Seoul National University.

The “Masterclass in Organic Synthesis @ SNU” lecture series, supported under the SNU10-10 initiative, was launched in October 2021 as part of our ongoing efforts to establish an excellence in organic chemistry and forge stronger international relationships with world-class scientists and institutions. The inaugural event in winter 2021 was an overwhelming success with 3 world-class lectures delivered by Professors Varinder Aggarwal, Shuli Yu and Phil Baran, and audience participated from academic institutions across South Korea.

Masterclass in Organic Synthesis @ SNU “Season-2” spotlight the “impact of physical organic chemistry methods” in organic synthesis, and we are excited to bring you a star-studded lineup of speakers featuring Professors Guy Lloyd-Jones, Daniel Singleton, and David Collum, with weekly lectures on Fridays May 13^th, 20^th, and 27^th (see event flyer for more details).

It is truly unfortunate due to the COVID-19 pandemic these lectures cannot be delivered in person at Seoul National University. We, and the speakers, definitely look forward interacting with you in person once the travel and social distancing restrictions become less severe, in the not too distant future.
