Date : 2012. 9. 27, 5:00 PM Place : Mogam Hall, Bldg.500 -Abstract- Coherent Raman Microscopy (CRM) can map out distributions of multiple chemical components via intrinsic vibrational responses of sample molecules. While picosecond lasers are typically used for the excitation light source in CRM, femtosecond lasers can be utilized with better performance. I will introduce a few CRM methods that can achieve both high spectral resolution and fast frequency tuning with a femtosecond laser and their applications to label-free tissue imaging.
