Fluorescent molecules have become prominent materials for the development of bioprobes in various fields of application due to their high sensitivity and visual/real-time detection capability. The conventional bioprobe design has been carried out by so-called hypothesis-driven approach. Therefore, the scope of bioprobe development is intrinsically limited by the available knowledge for the target. An alternative approach is diversity-driven approach, in which abroad range of fluorescence molecules in a library format are constructed by combinatorial chemistry, as a tool-box for unbiased screening. Herein recent results on the fluorescents library that could serve as valuable for diversity-driven bioprobe development of Stem Cell, Muscle Sensors, and Muscle differentiation, will be discussed.
