Research Topic

The Lee group is actively exploring new materials and catalysis to contribute to a sustainable future, focusing on fundamental organometallics and main group chemistry. Our specific interests lie in the synthesis of novel stable organic radicals, with the potential application in organic MRI contrast agents and qubit materials. Additionally, we engage in collaborative efforts with polymer labs to synthesize new metathesis catalysts for cyclic and degradable polymers. Lastly, we integrate MOF and COF chemistry for energy applications, including selective gas separation and the development of conductive materials.
